Joe joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. as an Associate in 2023 and concentrates primarily on business development on Chicago’s South Side. He works within the Berman Anguiano Team.

Prior to joining Essex, Joe worked in the construction management and commercial brokerage industries. He was a key participant in the design, scheduling, and leadership of general contracting construction projects across the Chicagoland area, and has been involved in several multi-million residential, commercial and municipal developments. In 2020, he transitioned to commercial brokerage and began working as an investment broker at a Chicago-based firm. There, his main responsibilities included the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and staying active.
