Mary McGinnis joined Essex Realty Group, LLC in 2023 as a Marketing Associate, with background in real estate marketing. Her primary focus is maintaining and executing Essex’s marketing efforts, including branding, digital strategy, social media, content creation, and campaign execution. Mary also manages marketing initiatives for Essex Capital Markets and Essex Three Twelve.

Prior to joining Essex, Mary led the marketing efforts for a residential real estate team for two years, contributing to $40 million in transaction volume.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring everything Chicago has to offer.
