Micah Weis joined Essex Realty Group, LLC in 2025 as an Analyst. He focuses on underwriting investment opportunities, preparing comprehensive proposals, and developing detailed offering memorandums. Prior to joining Essex, Micah gained hands-on real estate experience through internships at multiple firms, where he was responsible for financial underwriting, coordinating repair and maintenance operations, and managing tenant communications. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in property management and investment analysis.

Outside of work, Micah enjoys playing tennis and staying active at the gym.
