Teddy joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. as an Analyst in 2024 and concentrates primarily on asset valuation and market research.

Prior to joining Essex, Teddy worked as a marketing specialist in the commercial real estate industry in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her main responsibilities included creating offering memorandums, requests for proposals, listing packages, and custom marketing collateral.

Outside of work, Teddy enjoys running on the Chicago lakeshore, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
