William joined Essex Realty Group as an intern in 2023 and transitioned into a full time Analyst on the Suburban Team in 2024. His primary focus is on asset valuation, market research, and business development for multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate.

Prior to joining Essex, William spent 4 years in the United States Army, earning multiple accolades, including the Good Conduct Medal, in recognition of his exemplary behavior, efficiency, and loyalty during his military service.

Outside of work, William enjoys playing sports and giving back to the community. He volunteers in youth sports, where he coaches and mentors young athletes.
