Tetis joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. in 2021 as an Associate. She is responsible for asset valuation, market research and analytics on her team, as well as overseeing the training program for several Interns each summer. Since joining Essex, she has analyzed over $500 million in transactions, including 3,000+ apartment units. Tetis is also a member of the Edgewater Uptown Builders Association (EUBA).

Tetis grew up in the northwest suburbs and currently lives in the north side of Chicago. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her free time exploring the different neighborhoods in Chicago.
